AMD Approved: Current Fave Products

With a change of season comes a change of products (and you know I love a good product). I’ve actually cut back a lot over the last few months to focus on finding staple products that I truly love. Here’s what’s currently on my list.

I LOVE this serum! Probably one of my faves to date. It has 6 peptides, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide so you know the texture is to die for. After cleansing, I apply one or two layers and it leaves my pores snatched and skin feeling supple.

You’ve probably been force fed an ad about seamoss on IG but it really is an underrated super food. I take a spoonful every morning and it helps move my bowels, clear up brain fog and helps my body sustain energy for longer. My seamoss is sourced from my family farm in St Lucia and I hand make it with love for you to enjoy.

I’ll always be a nail girlie but getting acrylic or gel nail extensions isn’t as affordable as it used to be. I still go to my nail tech on special occasions but I now turn to stick on nails in between visits and it’s serving me so well.

I got a lot of compliments on these silver french tip stick ons that look so chic and natural.

Downsides: They only stay on for up to 7 days and colour starts to chip after 5 days.

This is my favourite sunscreen of all time and I’ve tried a few because I get hypopigmentation and heat rash in the summer months if I don’t.

It’s affordable, has a pleasant scent and most importantly, leaves NO WHITE CAST.

Sometimes I don’t even bother with a moisturiser because it’s texture is so creamy that it feels like skincare. People have said that I’m glowing whenever I wear it so it will remain a staple on my beauty shelf until further notice.
